Weber Avenue 3' Floor <br /> Stockton CA 95202-2708 <br /> Subject: Hazardous Waste Inspection of April 8,2004 <br /> Dear Ms. Abate; <br /> Regarding your notice of violation the following steps have been taken. <br /> #15 Decontamination equipment not seen near the hazardous waste storage <br /> area. <br /> Portable eye wash station has been installed. <br /> #19 Containers, which store hazardous waste, cannot be stored onsite <br /> longer than 90 days. <br /> See attached manifest #23374885 item 11b for removal of oily rag drum and <br /> BOL #19178 for removal of used oil filter drum. The contents of the drum <br /> of solidified wax have been used in our manufacturing process. <br /> #20 Hazardous waste containers must be labeled with the minimum <br /> following information. <br /> Item has been corrected. <br /> #21 Hazardous waste container must remain closed except when adding or <br /> removing a waste. <br /> Item has been corrected. <br />
