The following are Class II <br /> violations: #108, 122/125, 127, 128, 210, 301, 610, 611, 812, and Minor Notice to Comply: 9999 <br /> 108. Multiple 5-gallon buckets of water contaminated with waste paint at the"dock"and at the parking <br /> stall, and metal waste by the lathe and grinder in the parking stall require hazardous waste determination <br /> and management. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the <br /> waste accordingly. In addition, hazardous waste properties and size of metal particles must be <br /> determined before they can be recycled as scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or <br /> smaller cannot be recycled but must be handled as hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous <br /> waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as <br /> hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR)Title 22. Submit a statement <br /> and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 01/23/2014. <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last three years were not available for ? I <br /> inspection. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal I <br /> facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have <br /> them readily available for review.
