A chain of custody was generated and one composite sample was sent to <br /> CHROMA LABS in Pleasanton, CA. under an Ericson Environmental purchase order#E- <br /> 19784. CAM 17 Metals and pH EPA Method 9040/9045 was performed on the sample <br /> by CHROMA LABS. The pH of the soil was determined to be 3.18, non-hazardous <br /> based on Corrosivity. <br /> Thursday August 3, 1995. JL Analytical sent another composite sample of the affected <br /> soil to North Coast Laboratories, LTD. for a 96 Hour Static Bioassay and another one of <br /> the composite samples to Associated Laboratories for Reactivity. <br /> Friday August 4, 1995. POSDEF completed a Forward Inc. waste profile form#6206 in <br /> order to remove dumpsters off site and for final disposal. <br /> Sunday, August 6. 1995. Completion of backfilling excavated area where acid <br /> contaminated soil had been removed with engineered backfill. Gravel was laid over to <br /> match surrounding area. <br /> Monday,August 7, 1995. Ericson Environmental transported ten(10)twenty yard <br /> dumpsters to Forward Inc. under Non-Hazardous waste manifest. Job acceptance number <br /> CMM-4430 and manifest numbers: #47407, #47408, #47409,#47410, #47411, #47412, <br /> #47413,#47414, #14123, #14126. <br /> Friday, August 11, 1995. Forward Inc. approved acceptance at their Manteca, California, <br /> Landfill as a Class 2 waste. Final approval number CMM-4430. <br />
