Washington St. <br /> Stockton CA 95203 <br /> As per our conversation this morning I am sending you this letter via fax, followed by <br /> certified letter, identifying a release of 98%pure sulfuric acid at our facility. Emergency <br /> notification was made to all agencies including the RWCQB. However, the phone <br /> number that was given out by our local OES group for RWCQB was incorrect(916-361- <br /> 5600),the phone rang with no answer. In discussing this problem with our <br /> Environmental'Health Specialist in San Joaquin County,Harlin Knoll, he gave me your <br /> number and suggested that I call you. As per Harlin's direction I called you and gave <br /> notification. Please pass this*letter on to the appropriate individual responsible and ask <br /> that they call me as soon as possible at(209)467-3838 Ext.#14, so that I may complete <br /> my notification. <br /> As an added note; Stockton Fire Department responded to our call and left shortly after. <br /> Ericson Environmental was retained immediately and was on site to begin assessment <br /> and soil removal in conjunction with Harlin Knoll, San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health's requirements.
