Absorbent wastes placed in hazardous waste containers. See <br /> Photos as referenced above. <br /> Violation#404 <br /> Used Oil Storage Building: <br /> • Problem- Multiple 5-gallon buckets and 55-gallon drums of hazardous waste were not closed. <br /> Corrective Action- Properly closed 55-gallon drums. Request 30 day extension for proper closing <br /> of multiple 5-gallon buckets. <br /> Violations#605&#701 <br /> Used Oil Storage Building: <br /> • Problem- Forty-eight five-gallon buckets of hazardous wastes had no hazardous waste label. <br /> Corrective Action- Request 30 day extension to properly label and dispose. <br /> • Problem- Nine 55-gallon drums of hazardous wastes had no hazardous waste label. <br /> Corrective Action-Actually Six 55-gallon drums contained hazardous and three were empty.
