Compliance Certification Response <br /> Stockton Rubber Mfg. Co., Inc. Inspection Date:Apr23, 2012 <br /> 5023 Flood Road, Linden,CA 95236 Response Date: May 24, 2012 <br /> • Problem-Approximately One-Hundred Ten 5-gallon buckets of possibly solidified pre-polymer <br /> (ANDUR 2-90AP). <br /> Corrective Action- Request 60 day extension to determine if waste is hazardous or non- <br /> hazardous. <br /> • Problem- Drums(one red, one black) by the west fence. <br /> Corrective Action- Red Drum determined to have non-hazardous plastic trash and disposed, <br /> drum and contents. Black drum,which is actually blue, is determined to be empty and labeled as <br /> such (see Photo 8). , <br /> • Problem-One 5-gallon bucket of unknown waste at the northwest corner of the fence. <br /> Corrective Action- Determined to be non-hazardous rusted steel grit,and disposed. <br /> Sand Storage Building by the West Fence: <br /> • Problem- Bead blast wastes inside green blaster no longer in use. <br /> Corrective Action-Determined to be aluminum oxide non-hazardous waste, and disposed. <br /> Metal Shop: <br /> • Problem- Metal shavings in the Shop. <br /> Corrective Action- Request a 60 day extension to have third party laboratory testing performed <br /> for hazardous/non-hazardous determination. <br /> Area by the four metal Storage Trailers: <br /> • Problem-Sand wastes outside on the ground open to the environment. <br /> Corrective Action-Sampled by Jeff Wong of EHD,and waiting for hazardous waste <br /> determination. Request a 60 day extension for hazardous/non-hazardous determination. <br /> • Problem-Two 55-gallon drums of unknown waste. <br /> Corrective Action- Determined to be Water/Oil Press Solution and labeled (see Photo 9). <br /> • Problem-One open drum of sandblast waste. <br /> Corrective Action- Determined to be Sand Blast material, and labeled and sealed ( see Photo 10). <br /> Storage Trailer on the north side of Property: <br /> • Problem-One quart-bottom of unknown oily liquid. <br /> Corrective Action- Determined to be used oil and dumped into hazardous waste oil container. <br /> South/East of Sand Storage Building: <br /> • Problem- Unknown oily liquid in a 600-gallon tank. <br /> Corrective Action-Determined to be used oil. Request 30 day extension to dispose of oil. <br /> Violation#'s 122, 123,&124 <br /> Page 2 <br />
