The complaint alleged that the facility i <br /> storing highly volatile chemicals in a shed that could be seeping into the ground, in the blasting department there <br /> so much iron it is turning the soil a deep red, rubber dust is being blown into the air the employees breathe withol. <br /> proper ventilation, and rubber waste is dumped into the garbage bin that may be dumped on the ground. Violatioi <br /> regarding allegations from this complaint were issued during today's inspection. <br /> The following six disposal records were available on site: <br /> -Uniform hazardous waste manifest: Oily absorbent (6/28/16) <br /> -Consolidated manifest: Oily water (9/17/14) <br /> -Consolidated manifest: Paint related material (4/10/14) <br /> -Uniform hazardous waste manifest: Oily absorbent (8/11/14) <br /> -Uniform hazardous waste manifest: non-PCB ballasts (2/12/14) <br /> -Uniform hazardous waste manifest: Oily absorbent (11/15/13) <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
