Indicate the <br /> containment capacity is equnl or greater than 100 percent of the <br /> underground tank capacity. <br /> - Include a statement certifying that an engineer registered in California <br /> has approved the design and construction of each tank and oil/water <br /> separator for their intended uses (include the engineer' s name and <br /> registration number) . <br /> Describe the underground tank secondary containment inspection procedure. <br /> Indicate the frequency of inspections. <br /> Indicate that th? following emergency equipment will be available to <br /> - - personnel -usin r these- units: <br /> 1) Telephone or radio for s=moninr; aid, <br /> 2) Safety shower, <br /> 3) Eyewash, <br /> _ -- --First=-aZd-su lips;- and----------_. <br /> 5) Fire extinguisher <br /> Indicate that hazardous waste *warning signs will be placed adjacent to <br /> these units. <br /> Include a copy of the closure plan for these units. <br /> The closure plan shall include: <br /> 1 ) How the facility will be ultimately closed. <br /> 2) An estimate of the maximum inventory of- wastes in storage at any <br /> given time time during the life of the facility. <br /> 3) The steps required to decontaminate facility equipment durin <br /> C lOsuro. <br /> 4) The plans to ensure that at closure, all contaminated concrete and <br /> soils are sampled, analyzed amd removed, if necess=ary. <br /> 5) The plans t-o ensure that when closure is complete, the owner or <br /> opera Lor sub-ii-.s a certification by the owner or operator and an <br /> inieoenr'en-. en'sineer rel-isle--ed in California that the fpcili-cy has <br /> been clos,'d in accordance i4.'.th the specifications in the apDroved <br /> :�losurc! plan. <br />
