Hazardous Waste Facility Permit <br /> Naval Communication Station Stockton <br /> lead to an environmental or human health hazard. <br /> Where a hazard is imminent or has already <br /> occurred, remedial action shall be taken <br /> immediately as described in the contingency plan. <br /> 5. The owner or operator shall record inspections in <br /> an inspection log or summary and shall keep these <br /> records for at least three years from the date of <br /> inspection. <br /> J. Personnel Training <br /> 1. Facility personnel involved with hazardous waste <br /> management activities shall successfully complete <br /> the program of classroom instruction or on-the-job <br /> training which teaches them to perform at a level <br /> that ensures the facility' s compliance with <br /> Chapter 6. 5 of Division 20, H&SC and with <br /> Division 4 . 5, Title 22 , CCR. <br /> 2 . Personnel shall have successfully completed this <br /> program within six months after the date of their <br /> employment or assignment to a facility or to a new <br /> position at the facility, whichever is later. <br /> Employees hired after the effective date of this <br /> permit shall not work in unsupervised positions <br /> until they have completed these training <br /> requirements. <br /> 3 . Facility personnel shall take part in an annual <br /> review of the required training. <br /> 4 . The owner or operator shall maintain the training <br /> records as identified in the approved Operation <br /> Plan. <br /> 5. Training records on current personnel shall be <br /> kept until closure of the facility. Training <br /> records on former employees shall be kept for at <br /> least three years from the date the employee last <br /> worked at the facility.
