The numbers listed for the local fire <br /> department and police department, both, are for the Ceres police department. The following information, at a minimum, <br /> must be posted by an emergency use telephone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of <br /> fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless <br /> the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately correct t e e rgency contact sheet and post the required information by a <br /> phone. Submit proof of correction to the EHD by �� � <br /> 52. Personnel training inadequate [as referenced by CFR 262.34(d) (5) (iii)] 66262.34(d) (2) CCR. <br /> At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented)that employees who handle hazardous <br /> waste were properly trained. The RTV associate assigned to maintaining the hazardous waste manifests was unaware of the <br /> need to maintain the TSDF copies of the uniform hazardous waste manifests. Hazardous waste and universal waste were <br /> seen improperly containerized and labeled, inconsistent with the facility's training program. The generator must ensure that <br /> all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> Immediat ly pro id training to all employees who handle hazardous waste and submit a copy of the training records to the <br /> EHD by 15 , <br /> 60.
