' Please note that reporting limits for soil analyses should be at or below the <br /> Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 Preliminary Remediation Goals for <br /> residential soil. Detection limits for any solubility testing conducted should be as <br /> low as possible to achieve the lowest Water Quality Goals as published by the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> ' 5) The technical report which will be prepared and submitted should include a <br /> screening level Human Health Risk Assessment, and an evaluation of protection <br /> of surface water and groundwater if concentrations are above those observed in <br /> background samples. Lead should be addressed using DTSC's Lead Spread 7 <br /> spreadsheet, and Copper and Chromium should be assessed for cumulative risk <br /> and hazard. More detail regarding the site is required to determine whether a <br /> screening level Ecological Risk Assessment is required for the site. Additional <br /> information needed includes a more detailed Figure 2 which identifies the <br /> following: Specific boat maintenance operations and their associated areas; <br /> Slope(s) of the site; Drainage pattern(s) of the site; and, elevations between the <br /> "work area" and the surrounding land or water surfaces.
