San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services on May 11,2007. <br /> 6.National Response Center on May 11,2007 Report#835104. <br /> Remediation: Licensed hazardous waste removal company performed high pressure cleaning of all <br /> contaminated areas above and below grade on the generators site, hydro-vactor removal <br /> of cleaning water, hauled and disposed of as hazardous material. Retention basin was <br /> determined to have no potential for adversely impacting the beneficial uses of the <br /> receiving water(see enclosed report). <br /> Remediation Completion Date: May 15,2007 <br /> Corrective Actions: Notice of Violation,Correction Order,and Notice to Clean issued to responsible party. <br /> On-going Investigation/Actions: Possible district attorney investigation. <br /> Schematics: Submitted with preliminary report. <br /> Samples: Collected from the municipal storm line and retention basin.Results are <br /> included with this report. <br /> "I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or <br /> supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the <br /> information submitted.
