Mobile Spill Containment/Absorbent Unit. <br /> 102. We have a implemented measures on Oily Absorbent disposal to include containment, disposal and <br /> training. <br /> 103. Emergency Coordinator contact information and plan is posted at entrances/exits. <br /> 105. Hazardous waste, safe handling procedure training has been completed. <br /> 109. Copies of uniform manifests for disposal of hazardous waste is filed per directive. <br /> 110.Addressed with all manifests per item# 109. <br /> 112. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records are on file on site. Per item# 109. <br /> 301. Dark stain was removed by digging tainted soil, installing absorbent, allowed to sit over night and <br /> digging up absorbent (proper disposal of absorbent) and replacing with clean fill dirt. <br /> 303.Access to all emergency systems (eye wash,fire extinguishers, electrical boxes ect.) have been <br /> cleared and tested. <br /> 403. 55 gallon drum of waste diesel has been properly secured as instructed. <br /> 605. 55 gallon drum of waste diesel is labeled and relocated as directed, waste diesel was disposed of <br /> properly. 5 gallon buckets emptied into proper disposal drums. 2 gallon residual container is labeled and <br /> disposed of properly. All done in accordance to EHD requirements. <br /> 608. Used oil and filter disposal manifests are on file. Used oil filters have sealed lids and labeled. <br /> 710. Operating procedure for aerosol can disposal handling is on file as directed. <br /> 711. Aerosol cans are secured away from all ignition sources with sealing lid.
