The following copies of uniformed hazardous waste manifest for waste solid oily absorbents were <br />not found on site: <br />-011272447JJK shipped 11/20/2013 - 012473044JJK shipped 01/14/2014 <br />Speaking with George Lowry HW transporter representative, signed manifest copies are sent to facility <br />with their billing invoice. <br />Speaking with facility accounting dept, billing invoices are sent to Modesto corporate. It appears there is a <br />miscommunication of how to handle/ store manifest records that are attached to billing invoices. <br />Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br />receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br />available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years and <br />maintain them on site.
