One 55 gallon black drum of waste absorbent is missing the hazardous property and start <br />accumulation date. Another 55 gallon black drum of waste absorbent is missing all information but the <br />words "Hazardous Waste". One 55 gallon green drum of waste antifreeze 1/3 full is missing all the <br />hazardous waste labeling. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br />information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" , 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br />the required information. Correct by providing a hazardous waste label for the waste antifreeze.-- GOA <br />44 <br />- Corrected on-site. Missing information on hazardous waste label for the waste absorbent filled outmost <br />properly. As a large quantity generator (generate >270 gallons of hazardous waste/ month), waste can <br />be stored on site for up to 90 days of initial date of accumulation. <br />30. One 55 gallon drum of food -grade oil found outside building at the rear of the Repair Shop was not <br />identified as empty. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall <br />be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br />Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br />- Corrected on site. Drum marked "Empty" and date <br />83. One box of used fluorescent tubes were not properly identifiable as waste. All universal waste shall <br />be identified as the type of universal waste. Waste lamps containers shall be clearly marked as <br />"Universal waste -lamps". Containers must be kept closed and cannot accumulate on site for no longer <br />than one year from date of accumulation. <br />- Corrected on site.
