Failed to have a contingency plan for the facility. The contingency plan shall be designed to minimize <br />hazards to human health or environment from fires, explosions, or any unplanned sudden or non -sudden <br />release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water. Prepare a <br />contingency plan for this facility that meets the all the contents in Health & Safety Code 66265.52 or fill <br />out a copy of the provided template contingency plan to EHD. <br />49. Personnel annual training refresher written documentation not available. Was able to review a copy <br />of the initial full training on hazardous waste management training for one individual employee initial <br />hiring from 2007. No training documentation for any annual training refresher available after 2007 for this <br />employees. At minimum, training program shall be designed to ensure that facility personnel can <br />respond effectively to emergencies by familiarizing themselves with emergency procedures, emergency <br />equipment, and emergency systems. They'll complete the program within six months of hire date and <br />shall take part of an annual review of initial training.
