Two 55 gallon drums of paint waste were missing the physical state and hazardous properties on <br /> the labels. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> 812. Recycling records for each shipment of universal waste batteries and fluorescent tubes were not <br /> ' available for review. Send a copy of the 2012 and 2013 records to the EHD by September 7, 2013. <br /> 910. Failed to develop and implement a written operating procedure detailing the processing of <br /> universal waste aerosol cans. The facility processes aerosol cans but could not provide a written <br /> operating procedure. Send a copy of this procedure to the EHD by September 7, 2013. The procedure <br /> must contain all information per this section. <br /> 912. Failed to submit notification prior to processing aerosol cans. The facility processes aerosol cans <br /> but did not notify the EHD. Send a copy of the notification to the EHD by September 7, 2013. The <br /> notification must contain all information per this section. <br /> Note <br /> 1.
