This was corrected on site during the inspection. <br /> -Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing oily absorbent(3/4 full)were observed with hazardous waste labels <br /> missing the accumulation start date and the hazardous properties. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used metal/paper oil filters was observed with a hazardous waste label <br /> missing the accumulation start date. <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> The waste observed had an accumulation indicating the waste had been on site longer than 90 dyas, or did not <br /> have a label to mark the accumulation start date.
