This was corrected on site during the inspection. <br />-One black 5 gallon metal container was observed with a hazardous waste label with illegible contents, illegible <br />name and address of the generator, and had an accumulation start date of 1-1-2017. <br />-One black 5 gallon metal container labeled as a diesel particulate was observed with a hazardous waste label <br />missing the physical state and the hazardous properties. <br />-One white 3.5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings waste was observed with a hazardous waste <br />label missing the hazardous properties and had an 8-18-2017 accumulation start date. <br />-One white 3.5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings/cutting oil waste was observed with a hazardous <br />waste label missing the hazardous properties and had an accumulation start date of 8-8-2017. <br />-One white 3.5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings waste was observed with a hazardous waste <br />label missing the accumulation start date. <br />-One white 5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings waste was observed with a hazardous waste label <br />missing the hazardous properties and had an accumulation start date of 2-27-2018. <br />-One black 5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings waste was observed with a hazardous waste label <br />missing the hazardous properties and had an accumulation start date of 9-12-2016. <br />In the second shop area: <br />-One blue 200 gallon used antifreeze cart was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the physical state <br />and the hazardous properties. <br />-One white 5 gallon plastic container labeled as a metal shavings waste was observed with a hazardous waste label <br />missing the hazardous properties. This was corrected on site during the inspection. <br />-Two black 55 gallon steel drums containing oily absorbent (3/4 full) were observed with hazardous waste labels <br />missing the accumulation start date and the hazardous properties. <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used metal/paper oil filters was observed with a hazardous waste label <br />missing the accumulation start date. <br />Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br />The waste observed had an accumulation indicating the waste had been on site longer than 90 dyas, or did not <br />have a label to mark the accumulation start date.
