In addition, receipts indicate that on 12/12/2016, used oil was picked up and on 10/20/2016, used antifreeze <br />and used oil were picked up. Records also show that used oil was picked up during 12/2017. Hazardous waste <br />generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br />consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br />locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years and maintain them on site. Submit copies of the <br />disposal records for the "ash" waste and metal fines waste for 2017 and 2018 to the EHD. Submit copies of <br />disposal records for the used antifreeze and used oil waste for the missing dates listed above for 2016 and 2017 to <br />the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />301 <br />CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />Oil from the catch pan underneath the bulk oil system was observed leaking onto the ground. Facilities shall be <br />maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or <br />surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean fix the leak, clean it, and <br />manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br />explaining how this waste was managed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />406 <br />CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br />One black and three blue 55 gallon steel drums were observed without an empty label. <br />Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they <br />were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied.
