'* 0 <br />Janh <br />i hams -Cines Williams Tank Lines Return To Compliance <br />1477 Tillie Lewis Drive <br />Stockton CA 95206 <br />Ms. Stacy Rivera <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />600 East Main Street, Stockton, CA 95202 <br />On June 28, 2011, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />performed an inspection at Williams Tank Lines at 1477 Tillie Lewis Drive, <br />Stockton CA 95206. <br />The following findings were observed in the Hazardous Waste Program <br />Inspection Report: <br />#7 CCR 66262.11- Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste <br />Response: Williams TL has always and will continue to treat metal shavings as Hazardous <br />Waste. All metal shavings are securely contained inside a sealed, labeled metal bucket. All metal <br />• shaving waste will be removed and transported, under manifest, by a certified hazardous waste <br />transporter to an appropriate TSDF. <br />0 <br />
