15 CCR 66265.33 — Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decon <br />equipment <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has updated the Evacuation Plan to include Notification and <br />Communication to all on-site personal regarding building evacuation and assembly area for any <br />natural, environmental, or manmade emergency. Williams TL communicates emergency <br />• response notifications to employees and visiting clients by verbal warnings. <br />#20 CCR 66262.34 — Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste <br />Response: Williams Tank Lines has removed all non-essential buckets, barrels, and tanks from <br />the facility. All remaining buckets, barrels, and tanks have been properly labeled and covered, as <br />required, with hazardous waste labels and Williams TL will continue to insure that any new or <br />modified container of hazardous material will be properly labeled and inventoried. <br />
