EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />ENERGY FITNESS REPORT <br />The Energy Fitness Team conducted an Energy Fitness Survey and Energy Efficient <br />Retrofit for Williams Tank Lines on April 14, 2011 and found the following: <br />ENERGY SURVEY RESULTS: <br />Energy Fitness Technicians conducted an Energy Fitness Survey and installed energy <br />efficient measures. The estimated annual savings from the installed measures is <br />approximately $9,238. Savings are estimates based on 2008 DEER "deemed savings." <br />Actual savings will vary depending on annual hours of operation and cost of utilities. <br />The cost savings estimate is based on 19¢ per kWh. The installed measures are listed <br />in detail in Section 1 - Page 2. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />General commercial recommendations.•- part of p ., • ibut are <br />nclude <br />not -. <br />• Replace additional standard fluorescent lamps and ballasts with new energy <br />efficient lamps and electronic ballasts. <br />• Control lights in rarely occupied rooms with occupancy sensors. <br />• Install low -E, reflective window film on south and west facing windows. <br />• Install R-30 ceiling insulation. <br />• Implement an energy-efficient, seasonal HVAC maintenance program. <br />• Purchase only Energy Star® rated refrigeration equipment and appliances. <br />• Implement Food Service Energy Measures. <br />To pursue any of these recommended measures, please contact the Energy Fitness <br />Program office for assistance. Energy Fitness Team members can conduct further <br />detailed cost effectiveness analysis and help you access available rebates and low- <br />interest energy conservation financing programs. <br />
