FES,-16-2010(TUE) 16:50 P.003/004 <br />Proposal <br />The current pneumatic and collection system will remain intact and all waste oil will be <br />transferred from the truck service bay inspection pit drain containers daily. <br />At the outset of the new IBC tote usage Williams will begin and maintain a daily visual <br />monitoring inspection program of the waste oil product transfer and storage system. <br />Inspections and observations will be documented and recorded in William's compliance <br />binder. A visual inspection will be performed and recorded on every day of <br />operation. <br />
