The mimimum, fire fighting <br /> team should consist of five appropriately trained individu- <br /> als, 4ach properly protected from hazardous material expo- <br /> sure. Two team members should serve as the primary attack <br /> party, two as backup and support personnel, and the fifth <br /> should be devoted to maintaining communications, directing <br /> others away from the fire, and standby. as a reserve ih case <br /> of emergency conditions.
