White <br /> 75 Hawthorne Street <br /> San Francisco, CA 94105-3901 <br /> RE: Work plan for the removal of McCormick and Baxter demolition debris at Stockton municipal landfill. <br /> A review of the above workplan with DTSC revealed that this plan appears to cover the scope of work to <br /> which was agreed to at the meeting on June 7, 1995. One issue which plan did not cover, was the issue <br /> of oversight and approval of the amount of removal of debris by the City of Stockton and PHS-EHD <br /> personnel. It is essential that final approval rests with the local agencies in order that further sampling will <br /> not be required in the landfill closure plan.
