4 <br />H&t [leaning OUE15 <br />BAYCO "BB" Series Medium Size Ovens <br />The Models BB-26,BB-42, and BB -56 medium size <br />cart -loaded heat cleaning ovens are designed for the <br />thermal cleaning of hydrocarbon -based materials <br />coated on metallic parts. Larger models and custom <br />sizes are available. <br />Bayco's medium sized ovens provide easy cart load- <br />ing without the obstacle of protruding cart tracks, <br />saving valuable floor space. <br />Heat cleaning benefits include: <br />■ Economical, safe, fast, efficient stripping and <br />cleaning without operator attendance. <br />■ Eliminates messy chemicals and costly disposal <br />problems. <br />■ Pollution free environmentally accepted process. <br />■ Controlled temperatures protect parts from dis- <br />tortion and warpage. <br />■ Heat cleaned parts can be quickly stripped. <br />Secondary cleaning is rarely necessary. <br />■ Cart loading of random, large or small parts is <br />simple and fast <br />■ 11/2 to 4 hour cycles of heat -up, soak at typical <br />temperatures of 650-750°F, and cool down. <br />Environmental Approval <br />Independent laboratory air pollution test results are <br />available, which demonstrates performance at a frac- <br />tion of EPA emission standards <br />Bayco ovens are approved for operation by air pol- <br />lution authorities throughout the United States and <br />Canada, including the rigorously controlled <br />Los Angeles area <br />Controlled Burnout <br />Clean combustion is assured with two-stage con- <br />trolled -air design. The sealed burnout chamber is <br />heated by a burner in the oven base. Its temperature <br />is limited by pyrometer control, which shuts off both <br />the burner and the air supply when the high setpoint <br />is reached Cleaning temperature is controlled <br />throughout the cycle. <br />Efficient Pollution Control <br />The internal afterburner system, with its own burner, is <br />actuated by the pyrometer low setpoint It remains on <br />continuously when over the temperature of smoke <br />generation. The system includes an air port and <br />adequate retention at 1400°F through the refractory <br />lined afterburner and stack for complete smoke <br />combustion. <br />Fuel is conserved with the two -burner design. The <br />afterburner is automatically turned off below smoke <br />generation temperature, and the well -insulated <br />primary chamber requires little fuel from its burner <br />after reaching temperature. <br />Simple, Safe, Automatic Operation <br />An adjustable timer permits automatic shutdown. The <br />pyrometer automatically controls both burners <br />throughout the full cycle without operator attendance. <br />A self-supporting, refractory -lined stack is standard <br />equipment with every oven. <br />The stack is designed to provide natural draft opera- <br />tion.
