We believe the Model BB -56 is the correct size to dry and clean your existing material and provide capacity for future operations. Enclosed is a packet of brochures and technical bulletins relating to the Bayco heat cleaning ovens, and support material for your San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control permit application. Bayco "BB" Series heat cleaning ovens were specifically designed for the thermal cleaning of combustibles from non - combustibles components. These ovens have ben designed to heat up and strip a typical cycles of two to three hours for smaller loads. All Bayco heat cleaning ovens are supplied as standard equipment with an intregal afterburner and self-supporting refractory lined stack which mounts on top of the after- burner. The primary chamber temperature is controlled by the thermocouple located in the upper rear section of the chamber, controlling the burner and air supply. The after- burner has its own burner which operates only during the smoke generation period. Bayco ovens are ruggedly constructed and can be installed either inside your facility or outside. Burner and control covers are supplied at no extra charge for outside installations. This will work well in the site I reviewed with you. Please check roof height so that we can provide proper stack length.
