While soft <br />ceramics have revolutionized oven wall construc- <br />tion, they are not suitable for exposure to rain <br />or direct flame abrasion. <br />Both the primary and secondary burner fireboxes <br />are 250OF hard cast refractory. This add years <br />to the equipment life. The primary firebox under <br />heats the load, reducing time to temperature. <br />The afterburner includes 14.4 cubic feet of <br />internal volume, a 611 x 511 secondary air port, and <br />a 350 CFH gas burner. These permit handling up to <br />21 lbs/hr. of combustibles with one second after- <br />burner residence time. <br />Controls automatically keep the afterburner off <br />below smoke generation temperatures.
