(continued) <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit an exception report to DTSC. <br /> By October 16, 2013, submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the <br /> exception report submitted to DTSC. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for Safety Kleen parts washer waste were not <br /> found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal <br /> facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have <br /> them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all Safety Kleen manifests and receipts <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by October 16, 2013. <br /> 407. Two empty 55 gallon black steel drums were observed in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> marked as empty without a date emptied. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a <br /> hazardous material shall be marked as empty with the date they were emptied and managed within one <br /> year of being emptied. The dates were marked at the time of inspection. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 605. A 55 gallon black steel drum of oily water was observed in the hazardous waste storage area with <br /> no hazardous property marked. A 20 gallon blue steel drum of used oil, marked `oil filters," was <br /> observed containing used oil without appropriate hazardous waste labeling. A 5 gallon blue bucket of <br /> metal fines was observed at the grinder without a label. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> The oily water label was corrected, the metal fines were labeled, and the used oil was emptied into the <br /> used oil tank at the time of inspection. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY T ME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Rece' ed Ti <br /> Stacy Rivera (209) 468-3440 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
