No waste analysis was available for the spent absorbent or the oily soil. These wastes are being <br /> disposed of as non-hazardous. A generator shall keep a record of any test results, waste analyses, or <br /> other determinations made in accordance with hazardous waste regulations for at least three years from <br /> the date that the waste was last sent to on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of the waste analyses conducted for these wastes and submit a copy to the EHD by <br /> October 16, 2013. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by October 16, 2013 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) <br /> A 20 gallon blue steel drum of used oil, marked "oil filters," was observed containing used oil without a <br /> lid.
