This was corrected on site. <br /> Tanks of hazardous waste not properly labeled: <br /> -A blue 293 gallon tank of used antifreeze on the south side of the facility did not have a start accumulation date. <br /> -A white 300 gallon tank of used antifreeze down stairs on the east side of the Quick Lube Shop did not have a start <br /> accumulation date. <br /> All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. This was corrected on <br /> site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Two black 55 gallon drums of drained used oil filters on the south side of the shop did not have a start accumulation <br /> date . Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained <br /> used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark a start accumulation date and ensure <br /> that all used oil filters are managed in this way.
