Program Training Course Overview <br />Overview Training must be completed based on colleague responsibilities for each of <br />the four courses described below. <br />Courses A. Retail Store Hazardous Waste Management Basics Course <br />All non -management, non -pharmacy store colleagues must <br />complete this training. The training will foster an <br />understanding of the basics of waste management so that <br />potentially hazardous wastes are collected and disposed of <br />properly. <br />Training <br />Details <br />© CVS/pharmacy <br />B. Front Store Hazardous Waste Management Training Course <br />The entire store management team must complete this <br />training. This training will provide the store management <br />team with the knowledge and guidance required for the <br />identification and proper management of Front Store items as <br />hazardous waste. The training is designed to cover proper <br />practices for processing damages, setting up the hazardous <br />waste collection area, accumulating wastes, conducting <br />weekly inspections, maintaining waste manifest records and <br />emergency information, spill supplies, and other <br />recordkeeping. <br />C. Photo Hazardous Waste Management Training Course <br />The entire store management team and all photo lab <br />colleagues must complete this training. This training covers <br />topics specific to the management of photo processing wastes <br />in stores with wet photo labs. <br />D. Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Management Training Course <br />All pharmacy colleagues must complete this training.
