Store Manager Responsibilities <br />Overview The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for successful implementation <br />of the Program. Each store colleague must complete at least one of the <br />Program courses described below, depending on his or her job <br />responsibilities. In order to ensure that there is a Manager -in -Charge at all <br />times with a clear understanding of store -wide Program requirements, the <br />Store Manager must also ensure that the store's management team is fully <br />trained on the Program, and completes all assigned courses.
