Box 2009 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />Re: SJPHS Report of Violation and Schedule of Correction <br />Dear Ms. Foley: <br />Pursuant to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Report of Violation and Schedule of <br />Correction dated December 7, 1992, the following information is submitted regarding correction <br />of the matters set forth in the Report of Violation and Schedule of Correction. <br />Violation Nos. 1, 2, and 3: <br />All hazardous waste containers are labeled with the following information: <br />(a) The start date of accumulation. <br />(b) The words "Hazardous Waste." <br />(c) Composition and physical state of waste. <br />(d) Statement(s) which will call attention to the particular hazardous properties of the <br />waste. <br />(e) Name and address of person producing waste. <br />The labels used by the plant are in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br />herein.
