(b) For RCRA HW, the receiving country has consented to accept the W. (c) For RCRA HW, a copy of the EPA Acknowledgment of Consent accompanies the shipment, and is attached to the manifest or shipPing Paper7 (and 25162(a)(1)] (d) For RCRA HW, the Hw shipment conform to receiving country's written terms in the EPA Acknowledgment of Consent? Did the primary exporter of RCRA HW notify the EPA, with a copy to the Department, at east 60 days prior to the intended date of the initial shipment, covering shipments for up to a 12 month period? (66262.53(a)) 1 Did the notice signed by the primary exporter a RCRA HW include his name and address and the following information, by consignee, for each type: (66262.53(a)(1), (A) A description of the HW, the EPA HW number, California HW Code Number, the U.S. DOT shipping name, hazard class and UN/NA number (per 40 CFR 171-177)? (B) The estimated frequency and t ime span of exportation? (C) The estimated total quantity? (D) All points of entry to and departure from each foreign country the HW will pass through? (E) How the waste will be transported (type of vehicles and containers)? M A description of how the waste will be treated, stored, or disposed of in the receiving country? (G) The name and site address of the foreign oonsignee(s)? (H) The name of each country the HW will pass through, for how long it will remain there, and how it will be handled during that time? Before exporting non-RCRA HW, did the primary exporter notify the Department, at least four weeks prior to the first shipment, of export activity extending over a period not exceeding 12 months?
