We are <br /> currently developing criteria in response to AB 1362 to include <br /> in the design of our military projects and intend that these <br /> criteria meet applicable State, County, and City requirements. <br /> Enclosed, for your review and comments, is the criteria we <br /> are implementing for projects containing hazardous and toxic <br /> serials. We are aware that some requirements may be in draft <br /> form and may be modified or refined; however, we are proceeding <br /> with our designs and are incorporating the requirements <br /> presently available. <br /> We appreciate any comments you may have, but request they be <br /> furnished to this office by June 15, 1984.
