All above ground tanks will have appropriate containment measures. <br /> b. All underground tanks will be double-walled and will be constructed <br /> of non-corrosive type material . A monitoring detection system will be <br /> included for identifying leaks. <br /> 2. Underground Piping <br /> a. Underground piping systems will be double-walled with the capability <br /> of monitoring leaks at any point along the line. <br /> 3. Underground Pumping Systems: <br /> a. Pumping systems utilizing submerged transfer pumps to transport the <br /> product will have pipeline leak detectors. <br /> b. Pumping systems will have the capability of interrupting product flow <br /> in the event of a pressure drop in the delivery line. <br />
