W10TEN MONITORING PROCE ES <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br />procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR. <br />Facility Name Country Club Shell <br />Facility Address 2575 Country Club, Stockton <br />A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br />Tank Continuous Electronic Monitoring <br />Piping Continuous Mechanical Line Leak Detector and electronic sensors with positive <br />shut -down. <br />B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for performing <br />the monitoring: <br />Tank VEEDER ROOT TLS -350 annular space monitor and .1 GPH tank level probe for <br />product tanks and annular space monitor for waste oil tank <br />Piping Veeder Root TLS -350 with line leak module, and liquid sensors in turbine sumps <br />and under each di tenser <br />C. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should <br />be attached): <br />The monitor is located in the store room adjacent to the service bay. <br />D. Reporting Format for monitoring: <br />Tank: A written monitoring log. <br />Piping: Annual certification <br />F. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: <br />Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule <br />but not less than every 12 months. <br />The monitoring systems shall be certified annually in accordance with manufacturers <br />recommendations <br />G. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, and <br />the monitoring equipment: <br />The operators are trained in accordance to the manufacturers recommendations. <br />
