Weber Avenue, 3rd Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: Inspection Report <br /> ARCO No.2133 <br /> 2908 Benjamin Holt Dr. <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Michelle Le: <br /> This letter responds to the Program Inspection Report by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD), dated April 20, 2006, for the ARCO facility <br /> identified above. <br /> 1. Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "#16, All of the test <br /> boots were found to be still attached at the time of inspection. Secondary containment <br /> testing was last performed on 9/27/2005. The onsite technician corrected the placement <br /> of the test boots this day."In the corresponding checklist, a mark was placed next to, <br /> "CCR 2636 (c) (1),All releases in secondary piping flow to a collection sump." <br /> Response: The test boots were correctly placed at the time of inspection. Furthermore, <br /> a notice was sent out to each Arco/bp service/testing provider,to remember to disengage <br /> test boots when testing/work is completed. <br /> 2.Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "#23, The designated <br /> operator employee training record does not indicate that training has been done on this <br /> facilities best management practices(BMP's). provide information showing that training <br /> has occurred on the BMP's or conduct training on the BMP's immediately. Submit <br /> documentation for this correction to this office by 5/20/06."In the corresponding <br />
