These training guidelines are considered Arco/bp's Best Management <br /> Practices, or BMP's. This sites training guidelines meet what is specified in CCR 2715 <br /> (f). <br /> Additionally,the UST program inspection report noted, "submit certification of return to <br /> compliance with the required documents to this office by 5/20/06." <br /> Response: The first Alleged violation(#16)above was corrected on site and noted on the <br /> UST program inspection report. The next or other alleged violation above(#23)was not <br /> `out-of-compliance' at the time of inspection. Please refer to the training guidelines <br /> included with this letter. <br /> Enclosed with this letter is the annual Monitoring system certification,line leak detector <br /> test data sheets,and the spill/overfill containment test data sheets for the Arco facility <br /> listed above. <br /> With the transmittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the above-mentioned <br /> alleged violations associated with this routine inspection conducted on April 20, 2006 <br /> have been resolved.
