(Show Location)+ <br /> • Green light-power"ON", "All Function Normal (digital display)" <br /> • Amber- Low Fuel <br /> o Red - System in ALARM <br /> • If Veeder-Root Monitoring System alarms- Record alarm type on "Alarm Log". <br /> (Show Location)+ <br /> • Notify Elite Customer Solutions Center at 1-888-778-0763 for the alarms which <br /> may indicate a potential release. <br /> • PLLD (how to reconcile a "low fuel' alarm) <br /> DO must do the following: <br /> 1. Alarm history-check for"low fuel"alarm on the same day and time as the <br /> PLLD alarm. <br /> 2. Check for Work Acknowledgment Form stating"low fuel"on the same day <br /> and time as the PLLD alarm. <br /> 3. Ask Manager/Dealer if they"ran out of fuel" on the same day and time as <br /> the PLLD alarm. <br /> If based on the above, alarm is determined to be a"low fuel'alarm, DO NOT <br /> CALL ELITE CUSTOMER SERVICES CENTER. <br /> • Sensor Out <br /> • UDC <br /> o Sump <br /> • High/Max Product <br /> • High Water <br /> • Maintenance contractor will be dispatched for assistance on alarm condition. <br /> • Document date, time, alarm type, and action taken the in the "Alarm Log." <br /> • Receive Work Acknowledgement Form from contractor. <br /> • File in Retail Facility Records Manual under"Testing and Maintenance Receipts" <br /> section. <br /> 2006 BP CADO Training Guidelines 2 of 3 5/17/2006 <br /> Attachment E <br />
