The facility is currently not being operated. Approximately 300 gallons of fuel is stored in each tank. <br />The UST monitoring system must be maintained and powered to provide continuous monitoring at all <br />times. At a minimum, the UST monitoring panel must be inspected daily for alarm conditions. Keep a <br />written log of daily checks and alarm conditions. Alarm conditions must be resolved using a certified <br />technician. <br />Within 90 days of cessation of gasoline storage in the underground tanks (USTs) one of the following <br />actions is required: Apply for a permit to temporarily close the USTs as directed in California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Title 23 section 2671 OR apply for a permit to permanently close the USTs as <br />directed in CCR Title 23 section 2672. <br />2.
