Flores of Stockton Service Station E uipment Co. Inc., <br />820 N. Union St., Stockton, Calif. 95205, PH 209-464-8333. The <br />site safety officer at the job site will be Mike A. Flores of <br />Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. The alternate site <br />safety officer will be Larry Hardison of Stockton Service Station <br />Equipment Co. Inc. <br />Stockton Service Station Equi mens Co. Inc. will have on site (2) <br />fire extinguishers and one ffl first-aid kit within 50' of tank <br />location, see attached map. No smoking will be permitted within <br />50' of the tank or areas where flammable vapors are present. <br />Stockton Service Station Equipment Co. Inc., shall notify the <br />local fixe department & USA dig 48 hours before excavation shall <br />begin. <br />Tank will be emptied of product before start of job'. Tank will be <br />dry iced (3) three LBS. per 100 gallon, before lifting tank Stockton <br />Service Station Equipment Co. Inc. shall monitor tank with a low <br />explosion level (LEL) meter. We will seal all openings and one of <br />the plugs will have an 1/8" opening, before tank will be transported <br />along with all associated piping. At no time will Stockton Service <br />Station Equipment Co. Inc. cut or weld on the tank. Tank will be <br />secured on truck after extraction for transportation. Tank and <br />plumbing will be hauled by Erickson Inc., 255 Parr Blvd., Richmond, <br />Calif. 94891 (415) 235-1393 to be destroyed. All of the above <br />procedures will be done according to code. <br />Continued on page two <br />
