Surfaces must be dry before applying bonder. General Instructions for: BONDING TO POLY SUMPS OR FIBERGLASS SUMPS: Clean,sand and rough up sump surfaces. Clean fitting and apply Zi -Tice or Dbetween Bonding Ring& sump wall.
