The previously approved permit <br /> dated December 3, 2010 proposed repairing the electrical penetration fitting in the 87-octane <br /> STP sump using "Diversified Hard-Angle Conduit Repair Kit", and repairing the diesel STP <br /> sump using Containment Solutions Kit AD-Adhesive. The revised permit has been approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Jeff Wong at (209) 468-0335 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on both 87 octane and diesel STP sumps. <br /> The test on the diesel sump must be conducted at least 24 hours after concrete has <br /> been poured accordance to manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> b. Visual inspection of the repaired diesel sump before concrete is poured. <br /> c. Secondary containment testing on the 87 octane piping, diesel piping, and diesel <br /> UST. Secondary containment test on the diesel piping and diesel UST must be <br /> conducted at least 24 hours after concrete has been poured in accordance to <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
