GeoFlex I has also been tested by Southwestern Laboratories and that test data is available Upon reouesL Environ warrants that all products manulactured will be of good materials and workmanship and free from detects for a period of ten (10) years. Environ also warrants that all components are compafthie with gasoline, gasohol, ethanol, methanol, jet fuel, avgas. kerosene, diesel fuels and motor oil. Environ warrants that at the time of shipment the products will be merchantable and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Environ's sole obligation to Buyer under this warranty is the repair or replacement at Environ's option, of any products or pars thereof wtvch. under normal use, nave proven detective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse. misuse, overloading, alteration, or products which have not been operated. installed or maintained in accordance with Environ's written instructions. When a warranty claim arses, Buyer must contact Environ to arrange return shipment. It the defect comes under the terms of tns limited warranty, the products will be repaired or replaced and returned. The GeoFlax Piping and its associated fittings. couplings and seals should be compatible with those chemicals found naturally in the ground and with the pmd= fluids and their chemical additives. Chemical compatibility generally refers to the change in ohysical characteristics of the piping material over long term exposure to a variety of chemiceis.
