If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, <br />it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed half a gallon from the 87 STP sump, <br />three cups from the 91 STP sump and two cups from the diesel STP sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces <br />are maintained free of liquid. This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Darren Eppler the Manager. <br />This facility's designated operator is Maria Guarnelli (ICC expiration date: 4-17-16 ) . The service technician was <br />Kris Bell (ICC expiration date: 9-11-16 ), who had the following manufacturer's certifications: VR, 3-4-16, Red <br />Jacket, 9-29-16, VMI, 11-17-16, and Bravo 12-5-17 . <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Owner/Operator: Written Agreement (if <br />applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of Designated UST Operator <br />Compliance. <br />NOTES: <br />* The technician had to replace the Bravo float in UDC 1-2.
