Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and <br /> submit to the Environmental Health Department for review. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain records of monitoring, repair, lining, and upgrades on site. <br /> Records of dispenser 5/6 being hit, resulting in the dispenser being removed from service, were not reported in the <br /> facility daily records or the designated operator monthly inspection reports and records associated with the dispenser <br /> removal were not found during the inspection. These records shall be kept on site for the life of the tank.
