An update has been received to include installing a new Blueline <br />conduit penetration boot inside Disp. #7/8. The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Aris Cacapit at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC #7/8 sump. <br />b. Secondary containment testing on UST piping connected to the UDC #7/8 sump. <br />4. Since concrete will be broken near the UDC #7/8 and UST piping. connected to the UDC <br />#7/8, a secondary containment test must be performed on the UDC #7/8 and UST piping <br />connected to the UDC #7/8 once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. The EHD also recommends a secondary containment test of <br />these UST components before concrete is poured. <br />5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />
